Following the IBD case study results in network generation error

Hi

When following the IBD case study tutorial with example data, everything is fine until I arrive to the visualization of the network , which gets stucked. The 2D visualization shows a blank window whilst the 3D keeps stucked thinking with no outcome. I am using chrome on MacOS. Safari shows the same outcome. WebGL is enabled and running.
