FASTQ file - Online Processing option

Hello,

I’m trying to upload my FASTQ files via “online processing”, and I got a message that this option is under maintenance…
I was wondering when will the maintenance be completed? When will the “online processing” option be available?

Hi Emily,
The maintenance will be completed in this week. Hopefully finished by Friday or Sunday. I will let you know when it is done.

I was wondering if there was an update of the maintenance issue for the upload of FASTQ files via “online processing”? I went on it today, and it still doesn’t work.
