Fastaq file loading failed!

Hello Developer,

I am trying to process the fastaq file for OTUs and gene analysis. But after uploading the fastaq file on the server. it failed to process. I may not know the reason.
After uploading check, it shows failed as the status. Aslo can you suggest to me the parameter setting. I may be doing it there.

For the parameter selection, you can refer to the explanation from the original package DADA2.
