Failure uploading raw sequencing data

Hi, I have been trying to upload a set of raw sequences (pair-end) individually with their corresponding metadata but I get an error message (Error: The content of meta-data file is not formatted correctly! Please check!).
I have formatted my metadata according to the indications, as well as my sequencing data file names.

I attach the metadata file, I cannot share a public like for the sequencing files but if you facilitate me an email I could share them with you.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have read similar questions on the forum but unsolved.

Hello, the problem should be caused by the first row of the metafile as shown:
