ExpressAnalyst Unable to Log In

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to upload files to my account and I kept getting a 404 Error. Upon loging out and trying to log back in, I wasn’t able to get back into my account. I tried to log in again this morning; the page allows me to verify my credentials, but fails to load the next page or allow me to press proceed.

The server had hardware failure. We have ordered parts to restore it but it will take some time. The current server where the website is hosted doesn’t support raw data processing.
