ExpressAnalyst not recognizing ID type

I have a bulk RNA-seq count table that contains Ensembl Gene IDs or Gallus gallus. When I attempt to upload my data file and metadata file, they both upload just fine, but I get an error saying that none of the IDs match.

Could you share your dataset or a part of your dataset? I would need it to reproduce the error.
