ExpressAnalyst - Issue with log-in (public)


Yesterday, I uploaded some raw FASTQ files to my online processing account and when I went to check “my project” this morning, I was unable to log-in to my accounts.

Also, it seems that the page for the FASTQ upload was changed and now the login doesn’t work. Does this mean my projects have been lost? How should I proceed?

The raw data sequencing server had hardware failure. We have ordered parts to restore it but it will take some time. The current server where the website is hosted doesn’t support raw data processing.
