How can I export the network from miRnet 2.0 so that it can be imported by cytoescape and also edit it, is this possible?
In the Network View page, look for the “Download” menu at the top. Choose “GraphML” - which is an XML file and can be imported to Cytoscape or other network viewers for further customization
