Error with FASTQ file Processing Page - cannot access

Hi,

When I go to ExpressAnalyst and click on the “Raw Data Processing - FASTQ file” tab, the page won’t open and I get the following message:

Is there another way to access this page? I recently uploaded FASTQ files and wanted to check their status but I now cannot access it anymore…

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Dear Emily,

The server was having issues and has been restarted, you should be able to access it now.
