Error when uploading txt OTU abundance table

Hello!

I am experiencing again the same issue that was solved about two weeks ago.
I got an unknown error when I am trying to upload my OTU abundance .txt table in together with the meta and taxonomy files again in .txt format. Could you please help me? Thanks!
