Error Uploading Data in the Marker Data Profiling Module

Hello, I am trying to upload my data into the Marker Data Profiling module using the text table format. When I load the three tables—OTU table, taxonomy table, and metadata (in tab-delimited text format)—an error message appears without specifying where the issue is. I am attaching an image showing the format of my tables, as well as a copy of the data I am using.
If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it!

There are special characters in your metadata file (see below). Make sure that only plain English letters or numbers used in your data
