Greetings,
I tried uploading my data (shared file, cons.taxonomy file and metadata file) that are based on Silva taxonomy
but I found that only OTUs features are apparent in taxa abundance analysis (screenshots below) no phylum,order, class or genus classifications are available, and in LEfSe analysis too (only features).
even though in the cons.taxonomy file the OTUs are well classified to different taxa levels.
I don’t know what could be the source of this error and how to fix it.
