Hi I upload the files for Tax4Fun2 analysis in the Marker Data Profiling module, using files prepared as recommended (abundance file with sequences, taxonomy file and metadata file), which pass the data integrity check, but when pressing proceed I get an error saying : Error!
Possible causes of error (last one being the most relevant):
Duplicate taxon names are not allowed: ASV_272; ASV_674; ASV_1132; ASV_1145
I have checked and there are no duplicates in the taxonomy column, just relatively similar sequenced.
A year ago you fixed a bug here that took care of the same problem - can you check if there is a bug again please?
