I am getting error in uploading expression table (gene count data) to ExpressAnalyst.

We recently updated ExpressAnalyst to allow users to upload a separate metadata table, designed for cases where there are many variables that are annoying to embed in the file.
If you want to use to original system (your data is formatted for original way), you must check the box saying “Metadata included”. Then it will work - I tested with your data and I was successful.
