I am facing difficulty in uploading the files, when I select the files and click on “Upload,” a message saying “Processing” appears for hours, and the processing does not progress. I have tried it for several days at different times, different computers. It just does not work. Could you please help.

I have the same issue. I even downloaded the example fastq files, converted them to fastq.gz using 7zip and tried to upload them. The upload goes on and on but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
