Error in Raw Data Processing Module

Hello, when I select the files and click on “Upload,” a message saying “Processing” appears for hours, and the processing does not progress. If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This is usually caused by limited bandwidth and/or server is too busy to allocate the resource for the request.

You can try a different time (such as during weekend), do it locally using MicrobiomeAnalystR package, or use Google Drive (pro subscription only)
