Error during metadata upload

I tried to upload the following file to Omicsanalyst web platform. But I am getting an error. (There is no description of what the error is)

I have the same problem of uploading metadata. It shows only Error. Could you please figure out what the error is?

I am guessing the extra space in the sample names, (i.e. “CO22_ T_1”)
