Hi, i encounter an error for my dataset everytime i try running the alpha diversity analysis (as shown below), but it is fine for other analysis or visualization. My dataset is in .txt format, I tried using .csv format but the problem is still the same.
Anyone encounter similar problem? Please advise me how you solved it. Thank you.
