Hi,
I tried using the microbial metabolomics in metaboanalyst web platform.
I got this current error: Differential analysis failed for metabolomics data using current parameters!
Metabolite files are in proper format. Microbiome data is not raising any flags.
I used the following files.
metabolite_correctformat.txt (47.3 KB)
otu+tax_correctformat.txt (1.7 MB)
sample info.txt (3.0 KB)
