Hi,
I am uploading OTU_table and Metadata_table at MicrobiomeAnalyst and when I go to “Data Normalization” step I select: “Do not rarefy my data”, “Do not scale my data”, and in “Data transformation: Relative Log Expression”. After submitting, I want to download the log-transformed data (RLE) but I can’t find a way to do that. I go to “Downloads” and I have the data_filtered and data_normalized but neither one of them have the log-transformed (RLE) values. However, if I change the “Data transformation” to “Centered Log Ratio” I get the right dataset with the transformed values.
Could someone please help me with this issue?
