Are there any plans to allow for visualisation of DESeq2 outputs? Do you have an R-script that I could follow for the csv file with the current MicrobiomeAnalyst offerings?
Also, is the DESeq2 using the absolute raw counts?

Do you have specific visualization output in your mind? It may be very easy to add such a plot
A volcano plot would be handy
