Many thanks to Xialab for your contribution to the microbiome data analysis. I have already used “marker data profiling” in the past for the initial analysis of microbial data from my experiments, however, in recent days, I have suddenly been unable to upload my OTU abundance tables, annotation files, and other basic data properly. Unfortunately, the system error reporting doesn’t suggest too many details about the error. These are data files that I have been using before but now I can’t upload them correctly so I would appreciate some help, thanks!
