There actually is not an error with the data processing itself, we just stopped displaying an info message by accident.
When we process the uploaded data, we check to see if there are features with nearly constant, very low values. These are features with so few counts that it’s not possible to conduct robust differential analysis, and so we remove them. ~10k lowly abundant, nearly constant features were removed from your data based on our criteria.
We are updating ExpressAnalyst now to report these filtering results to users. Thanks for posting!
