I’ve tried the various data scaling and data transformation options in MicrobiomeAnalyst with a few different example data sets, but the data looks the same regardless of which option is selected?
Hello again, I’m not sure which example dataset you tried, the examples from our website?
I have tested our examples, and the results are different using different normalizations. You can check the file “data_normlization” on the download page for a quick look.
Could you please make sure you have the correct input and check the result properly？
Hi Yao, Thanks for the quick reply. I see now that the values have indeed changed. I think I was only looking at the ANOVA/PERMANOVA values at the top of the alpha and beta diversity plots. These don’t seem to change, is that right?
