The problem I encountered was to modify the relative abundance and prevalence of the samples. My detection limit (relative abundance %) ranges from 0.01 to 0.9, and the prevalence is between 0.0 to 1.0. However, I want to change the parameters for detection limit (relative abundance%) from 1 to 50 and the prevalence to be between 1 to 100.
However, when adjusting data filtering to:
Low Count Filter: Minimum Count: 1
prevalence in the sample (%): 10
Core microbiome
Taxonomic level: species
Sample prevalence (%): 20
Relative abundance (%): 1
The following error message appears: No core features were detected using the current prevalence and relative abundance thresholds.
Help me adjust the prevalence and abundance parameters, please.
