Change from violinplot to boxplot on Leftse analysis

Hi!
I am having trouble choosing boxplots over violin plots for my Lefse analysis; I can’t see the option to choose boxplots, and violin plots are the default.
Any way to change this??

Hi!

Right now, you can do it on MicrobiomeAnalystR package, on R.

Just download the comman history where you created the violin plot and change “violin” for any other word. You can change for “box” to make things easy.
