I’m using ExpressAnalyst to run a Dose-response/Time Series analysis on my bulk RNA-seq data. However, after I click Proceed on the Differential Expression Analysis page—following the message that the analysis was successfully completed—the platform becomes stuck in processing and doesn’t move on to the next step.
This issue only occurs when I select “Not specified” for the organism during data upload. When I use my Rainbow Trout data (with a specified organism), everything works as expected.
Could this be a bug, or is there a workaround when working with unlisted species? It used to work before but not recently.
