Can't generate tPOD due to more than 2000 significant genes

Hi,

I tried to generate tPODs for my dataset. However, my data seems to be a little bit overwhelming and won’t be able to generate the tPODs and it keeps shooting errors of more than 2000 significant genes. Here is my setting:

normalization

Since it is due to the computational limitation when using the website, I’m wondering if there are any other ways to run it. I also tried to follow the expressanalystR and it doesn’t seem to have a guide for generating the tPODs.
