When I try to increase the Log2FC above 2 when the “use adjusted p-value” is on for curve fitting, the platform won’t let me proceed (see second screenshot). The button works when I use Log2FC 1 or 2, but not when I increase it. I am able to proceed when the “use adjusted p-value” button is turned off (see first screenshot), but for some of my chemicals I need to use adjusted because they have sig. genes way above 2000. Is there a reason for this to be the case or something that needs to be fixed? Thank you in advance for the help.
