Hi!
I am trying to use the Microbiome Analyst marker data profiling tool to perform data analysis. I have successfully uploaded the ASV table, taxonomy and metadata file (all attached). During the upload, I selected ‘Sequences included’ and ‘SILVA Taxonomy’ for the taxonomy labels. It appears that the data has been successfully uploaded, but I cannot continue. After I click “Proceed” I get an error "Error! Possible causes of error (last one being the most relevant): "
Do You have some ideas what should I do?
I am really interested in performring Tax4Fun and some LEfSe analyses…
