Yes.
- Start from a microbe of interest (i.e. Faecalibacterium prausnitzii)
- On any Pathway visualization page, click the “Compare Microbes” button in the top-right corner.
- Add a second taxon via the search box, assign distinct colors, and click OK.
- The overlay highlights which reactions are unique to each species and which are shared, making cross-feeding or competitive relationships visually apparent. The “Seed” toggle further shows overlap in required (seed) metabolites.
