I am using the MicrobiomeAnalyst marker data profiling tool with biom files on a Macbook Pro running Big Sur. There seems to be a bug in the visualization of the taxa abundances when splitting by multiple factors (i.e., “organize samples by” or “merge samples to groups” + “then by”). Whether I do this for individual samples or merged to groups, the second panel doesn’t show data, regardless of the factors I split by. However, this is not true for the downloaded image, which appears correct, the missing panels are only for the visualization on the site.
