Are there plans to expand the Analytics to ANCOMM and ALDEX2 or Corncob? Please see the URL for a publication that compares these approaches to Maaslin2.

Thanks for the note. We are aware of this paper. These methods are computationally heavy (i.e. “no free lunch”). The plan is to add the support to MicrobiomeAnalyst Pro in the coming months.
