I prepared a GEO file in R according to the tutorial. When I tried it on the website, a error was presented as below.
“2 groups was defined in samples based on the first metadata column.” Why would this error occur? How should I fix my file? Here is a screenshot of the CSV file.

PS, is it normal that Specify organism and ID type could not be changed in the panel？

Can you share with me your file if the error persists? In the meanwhile you can try again, I have made some fixes that may have solved the issues.
