In the MDP module, are p-values calculated for alpha- and beta-diversity adjusted or unadjusted ?

If you refer to multiple test adjustment: keep in mind that there is only one test (and one p value) provided in both alpha- and beta-diversity page. It is possible to simultaneously test across all different taxonomy levels, but this is not the current practice.
