Every time I re-upload the data on the page, the pairwise comparisons of the alpha diversity come out with different values. The same thing happens to me with beta diversity. So the statistics are not reproducible to me. I attach my data and a pdf with the steps. Thank you very much for your help.

This is expected behavior. Please refer to this post for more details.
Note, you can turn off the filters (i.e. all set to zero) to make it reproducible, however, this will give a false impression of the robustness of the result (which is in fact not). This is caused by the nature of microbiome data - sparse, heterogenous and zero inflated.
