Hi, I used the raw data possessing module to process my 16S sequences using greengenes taxonomy.
Then in marker data profilling a upload the microbiomeAnalyst_asv_seq and microbiome Analyst_taxonomy_annotation. After the normalization, in the stacked bar/area plot, I used taxonomy level species. However, all not assigned species whaterver their genus are group together. Is there a way to group taxa not assigned species by their genus, for exemple all Pseudomonas not assigned together?
