16s Raw data Processing

Hello,
When I ran 16s raw processing, everything was perfect, even though it showed that 100% processing was done. But I clicked on the proceed tab to see the result it did not go forward and stayed on that page for 30 minutes. Then I clicked on the refresh tab and the troubleshooting page popped up. Please let me know what is the issue here.

I am having the same issue gain and this page has been running for more than an hour.

I too have encountered this problem on 8/20/2024, were there any solutions. It looks like the sample dataset is also not working and was previously working, is this being worked on in the back end?
