Why the PlotPCAPairSummaryMeta is missing in MetaboAnalystR?

There are multiple functions related to meta-dat aanalysis that are missing in the MetaboAnalystR.

Is there a way to install these functions to the already installed 3.3.0 version?

All the functions are available - I guess some are not exported. The function you are looking for here at L556. We will fix these issues in the coming release

Till then, is there a way of exporting it manually?

You can just copy-paste the whole function (L60-L262) into your script or R console. Once you run those lines, the function will be defined in your Rstudio environment and you can use it just like any other function.
