Hey,
I submitted my NGS data on microbiome analyst, and all the data passed to the proposed criteria. However, the sample data is not ordered by days of sampling. From the image, you can see day 0, DAY 111, and then day 18. From the graph, the samples are not ordered and I don’t know why.
Anybody knows how to solve this? Thanks in advance.
