I am facing problem in LC-MS data processing module. I have run the example dataset provided by metaboanalyst (malarial data set from Li et al). I have processed the spectral data using the LC-MS data processing module and was able to generate the results but the generate report is not seems to be working because by clicking on generate report pdf files are not getting generated. Kindly let me know what is the error here.
