How do I change the position of a single node or a group of nodes?

  • Single node: by default, users can use mouse to drag a single node - simply hold down left click button and drag-drop the node to a new position.

  • Node-neighbours: set the Scope submenu to select the option Node-neighbours. Drag and drop one of the highlighted genes to the new position.

  • Highlighted nodes: make sure to highlight the group of nodes that are to be moved (please refer to this post). Set the Scope menu to Highlighted nodes. Drag-and-drop one of the highlighted genes to the new position.
