I am using the great tool „Microbiomeanalyst“. Thank you for providing this tool to the community.
However, I also would like to use the preprocessed data in other applications.
Therefore, I was wondering how I can export the data as table after the normalization step (I am familiar using R). Could you maybe help me out with this?
There is always a navigation trail at the top of the page showing the analysis steps that you’ve taken. At the end is a link called “Downloads”. Here you can find your data, results, and images from each step. See the screenshot below:
