Hello everyone. I’m trying to conduct PLS-DA on my dataset the last couple of days, but it keeps sending me to the generic error landing page “troubleshooting.” It says “This page indicates an unknown error that is unique to your data and parameters. When I ran PCA on the exact same data set, it worked just fine. I’ve also run PLS-DA on the sample datasets provided by metaboanalyst and those work fine. I’ve tried heavily filtering the number of features as well but to no avail. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
