I was wondering if MetaboAnalyst supports untargeted GC-MS data. Based on this post about GC-MS untargeted metabolomics, it looks like this functionality may be available soon. Is that correct?

The main issue is GC-MS Spectral Databases, as we cannot offer proprietary GC-MS library. This is different from LC-MS and MS/MS where many public databases are available
