Visualizing the patterns of LC-MS peaks putatively assigned to a pathway can provide rich information for activities and directions. We recently added this feature in Functional Analysis [LC-MS] module
- Upload a peak intensity table (as usual)
- In Parameter Settings page, select “Heatmaps” for visual analytics
- In the HeatmapViewer page, perform enrichment analysis on top ranked peaks (default) or manually selected patches (your mouse selection).
- On the right panel, change the Mode from Annotation to Extract, which has two options:
- Focus View - only show matched (‘significant’) peaks in the focus view (same as before)
- Overview - show all peaks assigned to the selected pathways (new)
