Does anyone know how to get former version of JOINT pathway analysis Results?

Hi there :slight_smile:

I’ve been working based on former version of JOINT pathway from MetaboAnalyst, which can show me both genes & metabolites at once, with each squares and circles.

But after I came back from holiday, now that result only shows metabolites..

This probably would be linked to JS-based updates..

BTW, if anyone knows how to view KEGG pathways with gene & metabolites in one figure,.. please let me know……… this is so devastating..

They should show both follwing the common pratices in the field (see below)

  • Metabolites are nodes
  • Reactions / Enzymes are edged

Note you can drag to adjust node positions to your preference

I already noticed the things you mentioned, but this still cannot show exact gene name (ex. Ggct) and this figure type need to be upgraded with ‘All genes’ labels..

If instant upgrade is impossible.. I really want to request the former version (ex. temporal access to website: MetaboAnalyst 5.0).

Those were such a resource for multi-omics research.
