3D PCA Not Working properly

Hi,

I am trying to generate 3D PCA, PLS-DA, and oPLS-DA score plots in MetaboAnalyst. When I apply the metadata overlay to draw ellipses around the sample groups, the ellipses appear shifted/misaligned relative to the actual sample points.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could this be a plotting bug in the 3D visualization or related to the metadata overlay?
