It is possible to include multiple classes/descriptors of the samples (i.e. sex and age). OmicsAnalyst restricts statistical comparisons to only consider one experimental factor, thus users must indicate the meta-data labels that they wish to perform statistical comparisons on (i.e. primary factor).
