Uploading files as .zip individually

Hi all,

How is everyone managing to convert each raw/mzml file to .zip file individually, all at once? Doing it manually one file at a time is time consuming and not practical.

I have hundreds of sample files, so it would be nice to learn how others are overcoming this issue.

Hello agent4tea7!

If you have installed winrar:

  1. Right-click on the folder containing the .mzML/.mzXML files.
  2. Click on “Add to archive…”
  3. Select ZIP format
  4. Click on “Files” tab
  5. Check the box "Put each file to separate archive
  6. Check the box “Archives in subfolders”
  7. Finally, Click in OK.

And that is all!
